    Beautiful, but came undone

    These earrings are unique and beautiful but one came undone as the bows are not securely attached. I contacted customer service, but I found out that I would have to pay for the repair. As it turned out, I was able to re-tie the bow (took about 20 minutes). Just be careful with these- they are delicate, and customer service isn't the greatest.

    Hi, I bought these earrings for my wife as a birthday gift and she absolutely loved them! The earrings are exactly as described, very delicate and beautiful craftsmanship. She worked them on her birthday eve dinner and got a lot of compliments. Would definitely recommend them 10/10 :-)
